Formulate a general problem statement concerning the issue ** (see below) ** as described in my Discussion posting. Remember that a general problem statement tells the reader what your focus will be, what the context is, and why the problem is significant.

1. Construct a general problem statement that:

o Tells the reader what the focus will be

o Describes the context or problem

o Explains why the problem is significant

o Identifies the stakeholders to whom you might present the solution to this problem

2. Then, formulate two to four specific research question(s) based on this problem.
