Help me write my discussion post!

This is the first of two weeks where we discuss arguably the most important resource for businesses: people. This week we discuss the topic of management in some general terms, leadership, and also the details of how to set up an organization. So, here are some suggested topics to ponder (please come up with your own topics to discuss):

• Do you know a leader? What makes him or her a leader?
• Do you have a personal mission statement? Why not?
• Do you think that Weber's and Fayol's view of the workforce would be appealing to millennials?
