This assignment is due after Memo 2 and before Memo 3. You will write a 1-to-1.5-page (double-spaced, 12-font size, and in Times New Roman). Discuss (1) your research question/hypothesis, (2) why this topic is significant, (3) the literature review (include bibliography), (4) your research method and sources of your data, and (5) your main arguments and evidence. Remember that this is also an exercise in keeping things brief.
