Please appreciate that barring external military intervention,

 external capital and management cannot function without

local level cooperation (indigenous peoples.) Are the

governors of the land and people mercenary for

themselves or supportive of the workers?

Prepare a chart that lists such images and a highly

abbreviated explanation. The goal is to control

language while communicating cogent thought.
