Write a 500 word paper about what you have learned about Organizational Behavior from your current Week 1 readings.

Include the following in your summary: 

• Explain the connection between organizational behavior and your job skills.
• Discuss how these job skills can lead to improved job performance.
• Predict the consequences of unethical behavior in the workplace.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines and using a minimum of 2 references.  References must be professional journal articles or mainstream periodicals for credit.  First or third person narrative is acceptable for this assignment.
