Homework #4: Ergonomics 

Find a location where you typically work on the computer at home or at the office. You may use more than this page, if necessary. For a great reference on workstation ergonomics go to this website: http://cap.mil/Documents/CAP_Ergo_Guide.pdf 

1. Take a picture of you at your current workstation (insert picture below); You MUST be in the picture. 

2. Complete the ergonomic workstation checklist on the OSHA website and make appropriate adjustments to align with the OSHA guidance. Print out completed checklist to turn into class with pictures and explanation

3. Take a picture of you at your adjusted workstation (insert picture below); you MUST be in the picture. 

4. Summarize the changes you made and why

· Assignments must be typed 

· Your name must be on every page 

· Bring a printed hardcopy to class with the completed checklist, and turn in at the class beginning
