Select a Health Topic:
- Visit Healthy People 2030 website. https://odphp.health.gov/healthypeople
- Choose one health topic area (e.g., immunization, mental health, nutrition, access to care, diabetes).
Identify Objectives:
- Select one specific Healthy People 2030 objective related to your topic.
- Summarize the objective, including its goal and target population.
Community Application:
- Identify a specific population or community (local, regional, or national).
- Describe why this objective is relevant to that population.
Intervention Plan:
- Propose one evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention intervention related to your topic.
- Explain how the intervention addresses the selected objective.
- Include two considerations related to cultural competence.
Evaluation:
- Describe one measurable outcome that could be used to evaluate the success of your intervention.

Requirements:

The post is to be 2–3 pages in length (excluding references and title page; an abstract is not required)
Incorporate a minimum of 3 current (published within the last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work in addition to the Healthy People 2030 website.
