Health promotion in the community

In the United States, a major element in health care system has to do with cost, quality and access. Firstly, discuss the way in which each of these factors has an impact at the individual and family level by using a disease/disorder afffecting both levels.  Be sure to define each of the three factors. Secondly, Select one of the areas below and develop an argument for it as the main reason for problem(s) with the United States health care system:
