Week Three focuses on Personnel recruitment and reminds me of AHIMA's 2018 convention in Miami Beach, FL when its focus was on branding.  With a new Executive Director who was the previous Executive Director of the American Nurses' Association, her "call to order" was for AHIMA to rid itself of the RHIT/associate degree (like nursing with the BS/RN vs. LPN challenge) and move its membership to all have RHIAs with bachelor degrees.
