Topic:   Your insurance company provides incentives to encourage the majority of your enrollees to use a wearable device to monitor their health. Your campaign is highly successful and your company now has big data on over 60% of enrollees. You decide to use this data in to decrease the your payments for health insurance coverage. Using the information in Chapter 7, provide an ethics-based argument for taking this action and an argument against this action. What are your conclusions about ethics and PHI?
