RE: Unit VIII Discussion Board

This course has helped me understand the ways of documenting patients information. This course is going to help me tremendously in my future career as a medical building and coder. I have learned out to navigate trough and put in the chief complaint, the patients vital signs, there past history and so much more. This course has taught me so much information and i will take it all with me to my up coming career.
