I have a paper due by Thursday I can only afford 10 for the assignment you have to look up the  Tuckermans storming Norman model to do this assignment correctly it`s below.

You have put together a team comprised of members from other departments such as the nursing, admitting, nursing, lab, and radiology departments. The team’s charter is to adopt a new Electronic Health Record systems while retiring the facilities paper chart system.  You understand the importance of Tuckerman’s forming, storming, norming, and performing models.  Define each component of Tuckerman’s model while discussing the tactics, time allotment, and required resources required to successfully navigate the team across each phase.

Do items 1 & 2 of Rubric only. Make sure your paper specifically relates to the implementation of a new EHR system and retirement of paper, and the specific team members listed in the question. Name and date on your paper, double spaced, using your text as a reference. You do not need to do in text citations but you do need a bibliography. Remember, you are the leader. You need to create a seamless transition, manage the people and delegating tasks. Create your plan. Then identify in your plan the forming stage, the storming stage, etc.  Tell the reader how Tuckerman's theory applies to your plan.  Knowing this, what would you do?
