 Each student is to prepare a 11 page paper on  "Reforming the U.S. Health Care Financing System".  This paper intent is to show your understanding and research abilities to discuss a financial system. Must have at least 10-15 peer review references, the paper must have in-text citations, use of proper headings and subheadings for APA formatting.
