Discuss why the current health care system is in turmoil.  Identify two major problems of health care and analyze the impact of each of the chosen problems on consumers and the community.  Describe the benefits and risks of national health insurance.   Your paper must be three to five double-spaced pages (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.  Utilize a minimum of three scholarly and/or peer-reviewed sources (not including your course text) that were published within the last five years.
