• Identify at least two strengths and two weaknesses.
• Compose a 1-year professional development plan to address the identified weaknesses from your self-assessment outcomes. You can use the Short-Term & Long-Term Goal Setting (Links to an external site.) resource from Career Services if needed as a guide for your professional development plan.
• Support your response with a minimum of two creditable sources that were published in the last 5 years.
