Health care culture - ITALY

I need some information about italian culture that should be include of: their common diet, disease, who make a decision incase of sickness and hospitalization, medication, use of herbal remedy, death ceremony and chaplain , how people cope with death, FOCUSING ON HEALTH CARE AS I MENTIONED ABOVE, i should talk about it 10 minutes in class and i need it fast.
