Choose a disease, disorder, or health condition that you'd like to know more about.  Anything is acceptable as long as it's related to health.  Now imagine that a friend or family member (who is not internet-savvy) wants you to research it and get information enough to explain it to them.

1.  Collect any relevant data (noting your sources).  You may want to include: A description/definition of your topic, who is affected (stats), what are symptoms, potential causes, how is it diagnosed, common treatments, and how can it be prevented (if possible).
2. Write a profile/report of about 750-1000 words to share with your family.  
3. You'll need to cite your sources, either on your information creation itself, or by attaching a separate reference list.
