Inpatient   and Outpatient Charts

 Compare and discuss the differences between an outpatient and an inpatient record.  In your discussion, identify the differences in content and explain why these differences are necessary. What are the “overlapping” elements, and what elements are unique to each of the type of charts?  Respond to two of your classmates’ posts.
