Here we will have a quick overview of Value Chain of Boston Pizza that has over 380 restaurants (Boston pizza website, 2019), in their restaurant chain they serve Pizza, Pasta, burgers, desserts and plenty more. They currently have 4.5 stars rating (Menu with price, website).

The restaurant have differentiated itself by having a sports bar and the Boston Pizza together. By offering a diverse menu they have a larger share of the market in comparison to its competitors. They continuously update and revise their operational strategies. Besides the restaurant is creating sustainable competitive advantage by adopting sustainability its operational strategies and communicates with local communities. Besides starting the Sports bar is something unprecedented and attracts plenty of customers and more specifically the younger generation and those who want watch sports.
