Assignment 2 Instructions

You will be evaluated on the proper formation of your letters being written in the D'Nealian and Zaner Bloser style. Please be cognizant of how you would model your handwriting in front of a classroom of students. (i.e. letter formation top to bottom, appropriate Pencil grip.) Complete the following:

· Trace EVERY letter, word, and sentence on the page.

· Write two additional upper and lower case letters on each line (next to traced letter)

· Write each word and sentence one time

Please use a dark writing utensil, so all letters are visible. Please scan into one single document. Do NOT submit a document for every single letter...you will be docked points for this.

Upon completion of the handwriting packet, write a reflective paragraph (minimum of 150 words) linking your handwriting practice to the articles " How to Teach Handwriting and Why It Matter s" and " The Power of Handwriting ."
