Each week, you will be asked to respond to the prompt or prompts in the discussion forum. Your initial post should be 75-150 words in length, and is due on Sunday. Question A

Review the noise exposure limits in the workplace for the United States under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Do you feel these standards are adequate to protect employees?  Why, or why not? Hearing protection may require availability, but not necessarily use. Is this an adequate standard?

Question B

It seems that everything is online these days, however there may be limits.  After reviewing the information in Chapter 7 about our eye function, discuss your views about online eye exams. Would you receive prescription glasses or contacts from an online eye test?  What are the benefits and risks of this type of test?
