Groupthink

Define groupthink. Describe how groupthink can get in the way of problem solving in groups. How can groupthink be avoided? Describe an experience that you might have had with groupthink, and describe the associated challenges you have faced solving problems in a group. How did the situation get resolved?  Your reflective journal entry should contain 600 words.
