You are working as a team leader in a residential service. There are a number of new staff that have just started within the team and a number of staff who have worked together for up to 10 years. There are two team leaders, eight social care workers and six young people between the ages of 12 – 17 with mild intellectual disabilities. The young people’s families are very involved in the service and the team are regularly in contact with family members.
