Essay: Effects of Groupthink

After studying and analyzing the content and references from the module, particularly the article by Ervin et al. (2018) (or the article suggested by the course professor), each student will:

· Conduct a critical analysis of the article and then compare what they have learned with the module content.

· In their critical analysis, they should elaborate on how the insights from Ervin et al. (2018) compare with the processes, advantages, and strategies of group/teamwork.

The essay must be organized according to the following structure:

1. Cover Page

2. Introduction

3. Development of the Selected Topic

4. Conclusion

5. References

Contribute a minimum of 2 pages of content. It should include at least 2 academic sources, formatted and cited in APA.
