Assume that you worked with a group for a project or a debate or a presentation for any particular course in your university.  For this paper you are too reflect your personal experiences based on the group that you belonged to and examine the phases of development (forming, storming, norming and performing).  
Criterias for the paper are:

4) Complete introduction and conclusion

5) Briefly descibe the type of group and the task of group 

6) Define each phase of group development 

7) Discuss how your group negotiated each of these phase. Provide specific examples of interactions to support your application.
