For this assignment, you will complete an Analysis of a Conflict in which Culture was a Factor based on Chapter 4 (Culture and Conflict).

Identify a particular situation in which culture played a role in the conflict. This may be:

• A conflict of which you have direct knowledge (e.g., in your workplace, school, family, or community), OR
   
• A conflict you have researched.
   

If you choose a situation of personal knowledge, you should also interview at least one other person who has direct knowledge of the conflict.

Your summary should include the following:

• Identification and description of the cultures involved.
   
• Description of the conflict and how culture was a factor.
   
• Analysis of how cultural identifications shaped the way the conflict was defined and managed.
   
• Reflection on how cultural differences influenced communication, escalation, or resolution of the conflict.
