The administrative challenge is budget cuts for a tri-county community action network. Students must prepare a two page single space memo to the Executive Director in which they present two alternatives with the pros and cons of each to solve the problem. Finally, select one of the alternatives and provide a rationale for why you would recommend this managerial solution.
