Instructions

Using examples of menu items of dairy, egg, poultry, fish and poultry, explain the need for and significance of quality grades. Describe what you believe to be a cause for misrepresenting quality. What would be a possible effect? Your paper should be no more than 3 pages of written content, along with a properly formatted title page and reference page (5 pages total at most). An abstract should not be included.
