Grad Recommendation Letter

In need of two different grad school recommendation letters for masters in public health 

It has to be a professional reference.

The whole premise is knowing me as a student( I’ve been on the honor roll since like freshman year of high school , and I’m ive been on the deans  list since I began my college career), I am dedicated( worked while I was in school, took on an internship, and I havent even had a break from school( in certain instances I have taken like 5 classes a semester and then continued to take summer courses), I would like to travel( I’ve been to places like Japan, Spain,China, El Salvador ) , I have received scholarships in order to travel(program based and with a college )
