From your reading of chapter 13: 

Texas relies on education and discipline to combat recidivism. What else can the prison system do to battle this problem? Should the state also educate the public in order to prevent individuals from becoming criminals? Should the state provide jobs to released prisoners who might not find a job because of their criminal record?

Students need to have one original post and two responses to classmates posted by the deadline. A quality original post is no less than 250 words with no grammatical errors. A response post needs to be thoughtful, respectful and no less than 100 words.
