GOOGLE AD (Quality Score)

1. Quality Score: If your AdWords ad has a low  "Quality Score", what could you do to increase it?  Keep in mind the  "Quality Score" formula.  What would be some possible challenges and/or  benefits to "throwing more money" at a low quality score problem?
