The traditional tendency of an organization expanding into a foreign market is to replicate the home country operations. However, as more and more companies become multinational companies, the need to address cultural similarities and differences grows. Company XYZ is a U.S. company that is planning to expand globally.

Select a country to which Company XYZ can expand. Think about the cultural differences and similarities between both countries. Discuss how that would influence Company XYZ's decision to expand to that country.
