Submit your Executive Summary for the research project.  Guidelines  As part of the Memo to the President assignment students submit a 2-page proposal based on the Memo Topic Choice. The structure is as follows:  The proposal should contain a 300-500 word summary outlining the following: A summary of the issue; A research question that the problem at hand raises; and A hypothesis, i.e. a policy recommendation to the President on how to solve the issue.
