General Psychology Discussion

1. What is your earliest memory?
   1. Why do you think that memory stands out?
   2. The second question is interactive.
      • Instructions:
        1. Read the list of words below once,
        2. Set a timer for 5 minutes and do something else
        3. When the timer goes off, try to write down as many of the words are you can remember without looking at the list.
      • Write about your experience:
        • How many did you get?
        • Did you write down some that weren’t on the list?
        • Were you tempted to repeat them over and over in your head for the five minutes?
        • What do you think would have helped you remember them better?
