General Plan

USE THE TEMPLATE to evaluate the current General Plan from the San Diego, California municipality.  will need to show a strong understanding not only of the technical language and practice around land use planning, including CEQA, but also the implications of policies for community quality and achieving a just, sustainable city as we define and discuss these in class. Doing research and writing like this is good professional preparation!
