General Physical Exam preliminary write up

This assignment serves as an initial rough draft for your general physical exam write up. You should include:

- a history of your patient listing the: chief concern, past medical, family and social history, for example)

-Vital signs ; blood pressure, respiratory rate, pulse, temperature  ( if you do not have access to a stethoscope and sphygmomanometer for blood pressure, make a notation indicating that the blood pressure was deferred until the next visit, follow the same steps if you do not have a thermometer.)

Review of Systems

Physical exam that includes an over view of all of the organ systems and regions of the body, for example: integumentary, lymph nodes, abdominal exam, musculoskeletal and nervous , systems.
