General HRM Strategies

 An IHRM strategy’s effect on organizational effectiveness is always dependent on how well the IHRM strategy fits with and supports a Multi-national Enterprise (MNE) business strategy. Define the three IHRM strategies (see Fig 2.6, p. 55). Offer a real-life example of each of the three strategies. How does IHRM strategy connect with a Multi-national Enterprise (MNE) business strategy? Consider the ways in which a company’s IHRM strategy must align the corporate strategy. Make sure to use your own words to define the strategies and find examples that truly represent each strategy Support your answer with at least one credible, recent source in addition to the course textbook.
