VI.       Identification and Discussion of Stressors in the Social Environment that Contribute to the Continuation of the Problem

VII.      Identification and Discussion of Strengths (Resources) in the Social Environment that Could Be Used to Address the Problem

VIII.     What is the impact of the problem on diverse populations and populations at risk?           Provide statistics.

IX.       Conclusion

                        Describe what you think should be done to address the problem.
