This essay will count for 10% of your final grade.

It should be between 750 to 1000 words. Please don’t exceed the limit.

Your sources and references should be mentioned. Please use a conventional citation style.(APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)

The essay can be on any topic related to the macroeconomic subjects discussed in the class. You need to discuss your topic with me before working on it. I strongly suggest writing me a short email describing generally the topic you would like to work on.

The paper is due on the last session that our class meets. (one before the final session)

As for the content, what you need to do is to provide a very short survey on the topic of your interest using one (or more) reliable source(s).You also need to expalin the relavance of the subject of your essay to the concepts and topics you have learned in the class.
