Identify Potential Gaps or Areas for Growth

In this second opening paragraph, as an expert in your field, explain your thoughts of possible gaps that are present in your organization. Tell why you feel this is and then support it with 2 to 3 current scholarly sources.

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) 

In this opening paragraph, you will provide information on SWOT (what it is, how it benefits your organization, etc.). Just mention in general what each of these concepts mean. For example, define what a strength is in an organization, what a weakness is in an organization, what an opportunity is in an organization, and what a threat is in an organization. Compile your evidence and validate your claims with at least 4 to 8 current scholarly sources. All paragraphs must have at least 5 to 6 academic sentences.
