Fundraising audits can be undertaken by external suppliers (agency staff or consultants) or the task can be allocated to internal staff.
1.What do you think would be the advantages and disadvantages associated with each of these approaches?
2.How would you respond to this statement by a development director if you were the Exec director of the organization, "We don't have time to conduct a fundraising audit, we are too busy fundraising.
