Full-time Tutor Needed

I am looking for someone who has experience with writing counseling papers and has a background in theories, substance abuse, and treatment plans. I would like to hire one person that will help me for the next year.
My rate is $5 per page for each paper. This could be a good job for someone who is looking to be a full-time tutor.
