FRN VII
Using your Unit VII Lesson, required unit resources, suggested unit resources, and/or the CSU Online Library, complete a Case Law Grid using the Case Law Grid Template that identifies the following areas:
- name of the Amendment (for example, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment) that pertains to the historic legal case chosen;
- historic legal case (choose any historic legal case that is relevant to digital forensic science investigation);
- findings (Supreme Court findings, for example, the conclusion that the court came to); and
- implications for digital forensic science (what do/did the findings mean for the future in forensic science; how did the findings change policy or other aspects of the field?).
You will complete a minimum of five court cases and complete all areas/blocks of the case law grid with appropriate detail and expansion on content.
For academic integrity purposes, references and in-text citations must be provided in proper APA Style. While there is a minimum number of historic cases that need to be discussed, there is no minimum number of sources needed, but sources must be credible and peer-reviewed (journal articles and/or textbooks).
