Franchising

Search the internet for a franchise organization's franchise disclosure document. If you Google the business name and the words Franchise disclosure document you can usually find one.  Try something like “Dunkin Donuts Franchise disclosure” (not everyone select this one ????)

Keep in mind that not all franchise brands allow for free access to these documents so you may have conduct a little research for a free, no-strings-attached copy.   You may also find relevant documents on the second and third pages or the Google search, so don’t limit yourself to just scrolling down that first page.

Identify any benefits and disadvantages of the agreement as well as the key requirements of the FRANCHISOR.   

Your initial post must be a minimum of 200 words, and it must by Sunday before 11:59 pm.  You must also reply to the posts of 2 of your classmates, in more than 50 words, before Sunday @ 11:59 pm.
