Medical consent is a requirement by law that the patient must agree to be examined or treated by a physician. Consent can be given orally, implied, and/or written.

In a one to two page summary, describe under which circumstances the patient should never sign a consent form. Explain why in these situations the medical administrator should never enforce the consent form. Also, describe how the medical administrator should follow-up these situations.
