Forecasting the Future

Research and review at least three case studies using the University Library on BI.

Prepare a 10-slide multimedia-rich presentation with speaker notes that presents your view on best practices for BI and CRM systems.

Record at least a 5-minute voiceover to accompany your presentation.

Use the software of your choice such as Sound Recorder, or Audacity to create your audio file and save as a MP3 or WAV.

Include content on the following in your presentation:

• Customer relationships in the organization
• System development roles and responsibilities
• Application architecture and tools
• Business case for system implementation
• Relationships amongst BI system application components
• CRM drivers and challenges
• Sales, service, and contact center analytics
• CRM data model
• BI application customization methods
• Project planning and deployment
• Future of the BI application
• BI/CRM implementation and management plan
