What do you think should be done to change or improve reform (HITECH, PPACA, etc.) related to HIT? Why? Who do you think should pay for HIT reform? Whose fault would it be if data privacy or IT security is breached? What do you think this arena will look like in 5 or 10 years?
Note: the role of HIT in healthcare reform is a very knotty issue with significant political overtones (despite personal belief regarding politics in healthcare).
