Questions to answer:

 1. What IT positions will you need on staff? Will you hire regular employees or rely primarily on contractors?

2. What technology systems will you need to implement? Be sure to address financial, clinical, quality, safety, and patient demographics/admission/tracking.

3. What mobile applications will use, if any? Explain.

4. Will you have an EHR/EMR? How will you choose?

5. Will you participate in an HIE? Explain

6. How much do you estimate it would cost to implement the IT systems for the project you selected?
