In this video, you will view the first of a two part video entitled "In Search of History."  This video is only 10 1/2 minutes long.  It is a little longer than I often choose.  However, I had a difficult time finding a descent video for you all to view.  Even though your question is rather simple, I expect an adequate answer to this question using information you view from the video and gather from the pages in your book on this subject (pages 50-56).  This answer should be well thought out and several sentences long. I will give a zero or VERY low score to anyone who does not adequately respond.  I will also give zeros to ANY plagarism!!
