This paper will need to be 2000 words- double spaced.  The subject will be yoga and spirituality. You may draw from your own personal experiences with these subjects.  Included will be information on an outside yoga class you have attended-- either at the Rec center, other studio or gym or facility that offers yoga or through video/youtube.  Include the type/style of yoga/class, teachers name, time and length of class, location of class and what you did in this class.  Also on this paper, you will write about two acts of Karma yoga that you have performed-- 2 good deeds you have done in service to someone or something else.
